Teen Wellness with StarVista's Health Ambassador Program - Youth (HAP-Y)

As a teen, there is a lot to think about with school, work, family, friends, college, and the future. Life can feel overwhelming at times, often causing stress and anxiety that interferes with our daily lives. But how do you find balance during these times? Sometimes, it can be as simple as putting yourself first and practicing self-care!

To learn how to best support yourself or the teens in your life, we asked some of StarVista's youth from our Health Ambassador Program - Youth (HAP-Y) to share what self-care means to them, activities they practice, and why self-care is important to teen wellness.
