Announcing the StarVista Crisis Center Youth Advisory Board (YAB)

The Crisis Center YAB will be a youth-led committee of young leaders who want to advocate for youth voices in mental health and crisis services. The YAB will advise on the youth aspect of Crisis Center programs, plan presentations and events, run outreach activities, and act as youth advocacy ambassadors around mental health and mental health services in San Mateo County. Members will be residents or students living or attending school in San Mateo County, ages 16-21.

Applications will be open until February 15th, 2022.

ODE Parent Project® Classes

Hosted in English and Spanish, The Parent Project® is a 13-week class that gives parents, grandparents, and caregivers the tools to build strong and healthy families. All classes are free! Sign up for the Parent Project® and get resources to help you and your kids, tools to increase your child’s success and attendance at school, tips to improve communication with your child, and so much more.
