Dear Community,

Are you looking for a fun and unique way to get involved with the local LGBTQ community? Do you want to gain skills, boost your resume, and network with other amazing people? The San Mateo County Pride Center is actively recruiting for Community Advisory Board (CAB) members. Help shape and guide our programs and services to better serve our beautiful and diverse community members and clients while having fun! If you have some experience with mental health, community organizing, social justice, cultural humility or working in the non-profit sector we would love to hear from you!

Roles and responsibilities are:

Attend monthly meetings
Help promote and represent Pride Center programs and events
Assist with special projects

Currently, the CAB is excited about planning a special event timed around the holidays and we need your help at our next meeting to help us brainstorm some ideas! Traditionally, the CAB meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. However, due to holiday schedules, our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
